I have so many books I probably haven’t read at least half of them. But I sort of love the giant to do list of books to read.

My child has been called many names given her uncommon name. It unfortunately is a word in the English language that I feel should be widely known, it’s a common fabric, but people really have a hard time reading it… today’s pronunciation from doc office “Sue-Day”…..“sway-day” is our most favorite, Sue-day was insulting. Guess her name 🥲 I lose hope in humanity everytime it’s read wrong and think more people should practice reading more often. Totally get name mispronunciation, but it’s actually a word 🥹
My 9 month old use the toilet today and you might think that’s impressive but it in fact was the result of her deciding that for some reason now that we bought a house the tub here is not to bathe but in fact time to use the restroom. She’s done this everyday since we moved in and never once at our old house, mind you, so today I decided I would place her on the toilet in the middle of bath time. So impressive but also the result of a mother tired of sanitizing the tub every single night. Will this result in a potty trained baby? Probably not.
Some days you are forced to notice how thin the line is between "everything is normal" and "nothing is the same." Life feels very fragile tonight. I am worn out by that truth.
