Today was beautiful. A little rain. I love the light on days like today. I had lots of bug fixes and improvements to lavish, but it never felt chaotic. I accepted each moment as it came. I went to the gym with my wife, wandered around the store with the kiddo, and kept my attention on the small moments. Just a day that felt peaceful and real. #beingpresent #peaceful

I showed two of my kiddos the film today and they were immediately into it. Tablets and devices down and they just lived in the world for a little bit. I try to remember when my youngest first watches a classic and I won't forget this one. #moviemoments #memories #beingpresent #classicfilms

I always begrudgingly accept November and Christmas once Halloween is over, but I also really enjoy the pace of the holidays. Things are slower, and as someone who struggles with slowing down... I definitely need it. #beingpresent #holidays

This week was right back into the mix. Early mornings taking kiddos to school, every single evening filled with football practice, late dinners, late bedtimes, film production prep, editing a friend's film, work, and getting back into the swing of my workouts .. I am exhausted, but I'm also so very thankful for the opportunities and experiences I get to have each day. #beingpresent #mindfulness
