I've begun work on my next film, 2060, a sci-fi short that shows the day in the life of a man living 34 years in the future.

Here's one of my favorite shots from the short depicting the man using augmented reality glasses to sift through the headlines and funny videos. I'm trying to convey the futuristic setting through a combination of music, sound effects, and a few well-placed props.

These glasses, for example, only cost $15 from Amazon, but in the film look like something someone in 2060 might use instead of our primitive phones. I'm very limited in terms of budget, so I have to rely heavily on the power of a few images and tone to create a convincing vision of the not-too-distant future.

No timeline as yet for when it will be complete and watchable. I'd like to get some exterior shots when the weather warms up. It's good to have a project to focus on, though. I'll post more here as I have more to show.
