A beautifully disorganized commentary on punk culture that is the rare case an on-screen fourth-wall-breaking narrator (Lillard in a pretty incredible performance) super works for me. I have issues with the way anarchy is presented as political ideology, but even that plays into the story arc, which breaks down under the limits of ideology itself. Surprisingly heady, yet full of visceral moments, it's a ride that doesn't let up to the very end. Works for both punk critics and true believers.
