Baking all the sourdough loaves today. I’ve made 12 loaves in total: 4 jalapeño & cheddar, 4 Italian and 4 original. I’ve been reading up on the prebiotics in sourdough and how it’s much more easily digestible. As someone with a gluten sensitivity, I’ve been able to consume the is bread with no side effects. There is so much joy to be had in the process!

I've been on a calorie deficit on and off for the past 8 months... But sour dough bread is one thing that helps me stay full without sugar crashes. So are you selling any?!!?!?!?

I’ve read it’s good for blood sugar stability! I’m not selling at this point but I would be so happy to include an extra loaf or two for you and your family the next time I bake! You can let me know how it compares to others you’ve tried! I’m always trying to figure out how to make it “better”! Any preference for what kind you would like to try?
